artwork. We maintain a strict quality standard, and our policies reflect the same clarity and precision.
Returns
Smartist does not offer returns on any products once delivered.
We strongly recommend reviewing size guides, product details, and order information carefully before
completing your purchase.
Replacements (T-Shirts Only)
We offer size-based replacements exclusively for t-shirts.
Eligibility criteria:
- Request must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags and packaging must remain intact
- Visual proof (images/video) may be required for verification
Refunds
Smartist does not provide refunds under any circumstances.
Handmade Artworks
All handmade paintings, sketches and handicrafts are:
- Non-returnable
- Non-replaceable
- Non-refundable
Each artwork is individually crafted, and natural variations are an inherent part of its uniqueness—not defects.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
After review, we will arrange a replacement where applicable.
